If I decide to sell cars, what should i sell (new vs. used) and what type of dealership would you suggest?

Lisa M asked:

I’m thinking about getting a job selling cars and want to know the best place to start as a beginner? Used cars, new cars? A large dealership or a small? I’m thinking new car sales due to needing to know my product and I’m also thinking a large dealership would be better due to all their exposure ie, advertising? Like I said this is just what I think and would appreciate your input as an experienced sales consultant.

What’s different about the new blue headlights I see on some cars?

Lanani asked:

Do they illuminate the road better than the old, regular headlights?

I don’t like them, they give me instant headaches when I look at them. (For some inexplicable reason)
Does anyone happen to know why these particular headlights give some people blinding headaches?

Any 2007 new cars good for short people?

Gene asked:

Someone asked a similar question but did not get any good answers. My wife is also 4′10 and she needs excellent visibility from all directions. The toughest challenge is that she can never put her heel on the floor while driving. Of course she doesn’t want to sit too close to the steering wheel either. She is currently driving a Subaru Forester but she has to sit very close to the steering wheel, which we thought could be dangerous in case the airbag deploys. According to the other gentleman’s similar question, an extension paddle would cause some safety concerns. Do you happen to know any year 2007 cars that fit these requirements for short people? Thanks ahead for your valuable answers.
