After driving about half an hour last night I say more than a dozen brand new cars on the freeway last night. (They still had the paper license plate from the dealer.) Most were large and expensive.

If the economy is in the tank, doesn’t this seem like a contradiction? What are your thoughts?

BTW, this was in Southern California.
