Why are new cars cheaper in NYC? I live in Albany, is it worth it to drive down to new york?

    Hey, I have a friend who lives in Manhattan, but buys his cars across the river, in New Jersey. Maybe you should try there !!

    I have no idea. Probably because not everyone drives? Because the subway is more convenient and much more cheaper and not everyone has a car here so it’s much more cheaper because not a lot of people drive.

    Part of it is the local taxes and fees on auto sales.
