Mr. Q asked:

Is this a new law or something? I just got a Toyota Matrix and it beeps like crazy if the passenger doesnt have their belt on. It also beeps when my dog sits there or I’ve got groceries sitting there. Totally obnoxious!!

You have to disconect the wires going in to the buckle or buckle it up.

  2. Hyuri Says:

Make your passengers buckle their seat belts. If you’re carrying groceries up front, try putting them on the floorboard. If your dog is in the car, keep him in the back where he can’t jump in your lap while you’re driving, and airbag deployment won’t injure him.

  3. Chad F Says:

Put the bags on teh floor or in the back.
There is a weight sensor in the seat to detect if there is a pass there.
To much weight turns it on, or just buckel the belt behind the bags.

  4. Sugar Says:

Be careful with that in some states it is illegal

  5. Mislead Devotion Says:

    Put your seatbelt on
