How do I install new cars in GTA SA PC ?

I dont know how to install new cars in SA, every car zip i get it comes with .dff and .txd like the skyline and the supra and other car mods. How Do I install them and how do I put the settings in the handeling.cfg ?

    i think they do some and tell you how at
    Also i dont think you can get any for version 2.00

    search on google for SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer)
    it’s easy to install cars and planes with it, if u have ver. 2.0
    u can’t install anything, if 1.0 go ahead. Also try this website:, they also tell in the zip file how to install, don’t they?
